SmartAID made sure that the uninsured were able to sanitize their homes using the Kärcher equipment. These homeowners have water blasted out buildings which they've moved into, while waiting for insurance claims & settlements. Currently 154 homes in the community are awaiting: insurance assessors, building assessments. This house is over 200 years old.
SmartAID used the Karcher equipment on his concrete porch area to help clean it up.
This Kärcher equipment has also been made available to neighbouring communities in the Waiohiki, Puketapu regions also affected by the cyclone.
